Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction Projects

Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project Manage the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships Deliver a safe, quality outcome that meets or exceeds Company commitments Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning Manage the Project Budget and understand the management of the Contract delivery type Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner Ensure accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews Communicate and manage mitigations plans for all Risk Log items with project leadership Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client Requirements 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience 8+ years of experience. Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships. Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
