Summary Primary Project: Enter product and lab data within Alchemy to feed AI-based in-house tools for knowledge management, formulation design and onboarding of Novagard employees. Secondary Project: Support the design and development of a new website featuring an Innovation Engine landing page showcasing cutting-edge materials, problems solved, and product solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enter, update, and validate data within an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to support daily business operations Assist in maintaining and optimizing database records by identifying and correcting inconsistencies Apply AI-powered tools to automate data validation, detect errors, and improve data accuracy Clean, format, and organize large datasets for integration into ERP platforms Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and ERP reporting features to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow between departments Perform routine quality checks and leverage AI insights to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency Maintain strict data security and confidentiality standards Other duties as assigned Qualifications Time management Data organization Typing speed / accuracy Experience working in fast paced environments Experience working in Chemical Manufacturing Background in computer science, chemical engineering or materials Good writing skills and interpersonal skills Education and/or Experience Full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Chemical, or Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering. Work Environment: This position will mainly operate in an office setting.
