This executive leadership role combines strategic clinical leadership with direct patient care in a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to diverse communities.* Provide executive leadership for medical services and clinical operations.* Maintain an active primary care patient panel while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.* Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote patient safety and clinical excellence.* Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and standards of care.* Mentor, support, and evaluate physicians and advanced practice providers.* Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, provider recruitment, workforce development, and service expansion.* Oversee clinical quality metrics, population health initiatives, and regulatory compliance, including HRSA, CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, DEA, and New Mexico Medical Board requirements.* Promote team-based, integrated care in collaboration with nursing, behavioral health, pharmacy, case management, and other clinical disciplines.* Champion effective use of the electronic health record and continuous workflow improvement.* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and exceptional patient-centered care.# ***Interested in this Position?
