Job Description

Prior dermatology experience required.

We are seeking a Dermatology Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
Escort patients to exam rooms
Facials on patients

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare (dermatology preferred)
Familiarity with medical billing procedures
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Oceans Dermatology is a family-owned medical office specializing in everything skin-related. We perform comprehensive skin exams, skin cancer procedures and surgeries including the specialized Mohs micrographic surgery, cosmetics including all the injectables such as Botox and fillers, lasers, body contouring, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, SkinPen microneedling, etc.
