Your Impact

• Operate and set up CNC brake presses to achieve precise bends and angles.
• Interpret drawings and work orders to determine tooling, bend allowances, and sequences.
• Validate quality with careful measurements and documentation throughout production.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machines to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Share ideas and collaborate to enhance setup efficiency and process flow.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep your cell clean and organized.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Demonstrated experience with CNC press brake operations.
• Strong blueprint and schematic literacy; comfort with technical standards.
• Confident math skills and exacting measurement habits.
• Problem-solving instincts and a sharp eye for detail.
• Team communication skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety best practices in manufacturing.
