Paver Operator/Finish Roller Operator

What You’ll Do Run Topside on Paver or Asphalt Roller Paving for residential, commercial, and public works projects Safely and efficiently operate and maintain both trucks and heavy equipment Moving equipment on lowboy or tilt deck. Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation. Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental and DOT regulations. Ensure product quality and order accuracy. Keep your truck / equipment clean and free of buildup, for optimal performance and professional appearance. What We’re Looking For 8+ years working on paving crew Extensive time and knowledge as asphalt roller operator (Breakdown & Finish) Extensive time and knowledge as paver operator (Topside and Screed Knowledge of specifications, safety standards, means and methods, testing and quality control Management of trucks and mix calls with plant operator Valid Class A CDL, a current DOT medical card, and an insurable driving record. Ability to effectively communicate with dispatch, co-workers and customers. Strong understanding of safe driving practices and DOT regulations. Ability to perform physical tasks, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in all weather conditions. Flexibility to work varying start times, overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
