Title: HR Generalist

Location: Whitsett, NC 27377

Pay: $25/hr on W2

Shift: 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Position Summary
Seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, employee onboarding, workforce reporting, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Forms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, I-9 verification, badges, and HR documentation.
• Prepare headcount, attrition, workforce, and plant reports.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and workplace concerns.
• Assist managers and employees with HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Maintain compliance documentation and support internal audits.
• Create and manage Microsoft Forms and support Power Automate workflows.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR, onboarding, administrative, or employee relations experience.
• Experience with onboarding and I-9 verification.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Manufacturing experience.
• HRIS/workforce reporting experience.
• Microsoft Forms and Power Automate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
