Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Whitsett, NC US 27377

Shift : Monday to Friday

Position Summary

The HR Generalist supports daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, I-9 verification, workforce reporting, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The role assists employees and managers while ensuring accurate HR processes, confidential recordkeeping, and effective workforce support.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, first-day communications, badges, and employment documentation.
• Review I-9 documents and support employee status changes and HR administration.
• Prepare and analyze headcount, attrition, plant data, and workforce reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain accurate employee records, audit HR data, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support employee investigations, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist employees and managers with HR policies, benefits, procedures, and related questions.
• Maintain confidential employee files and support compliance audits and rehire eligibility reviews.
• Create and manage Microsoft Forms and use Power Automate to improve HR workflows.
• Support HR projects, workforce planning, process improvements, and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, administration, or employee relations.
• Experience with employee onboarding, I-9 verification, and HR reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and ensure data accuracy.
• HRIS, manufacturing, Microsoft Forms, and Power Automate experience preferred.
