Key Employee Events Specialist

Job Overview This pivotal role within People Operations serves DPR employees, people practice teammates, coaches, and hiring managers, focusing on leave of absence processes, benefit concierge, retirement, relocations, and sabbatical leave. The role reports to the Key Employee Events Leader. Key Responsibilities Deliver a best-in-class employee experience for benefit programs, leave of absence administration, employee assistance and wellness programs, relocations, retirement, and sabbatical leave. Execute defined processes, policies, and programs. Address employee inquiries and create personalized experiences for Admin and Craft across DPR and the Family of Companies. Administer leave of absence processes ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Promote and drive engagement in health and welfare programs, wellness, and employee assistance programs. Apply advanced understanding to handle complex employee scenarios. Proactively suggest process and policy improvements and identify innovation opportunities to enhance the employee value proposition. Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4–6 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience; construction industry experience is a plus. Bi‑Linguistic (English & Spanish) preferred but not required. Work Environment Inside office environment with 67%–100% physical activity involving hearing, repetitive motions, sitting, talking, and vision tasks. Compensation $63,000 – $94,000 annually.
