We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive quality professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key Quality interface between customers and internal teams to ensure expectations are metSupport complaint management activities and corrective/preventive action implementation (CAPA)Analyze supplier performance and provide reporting and feedbackParticipate in internal Quality System Audits and corrective action follow-upDevelop and analyze statistical data to identify trends and process improvement opportunitiesSupport and maintain ISO9001 compliance and associated proceduresAssist in the development and delivery of quality-related training programsSupport product development and new product introduction (NPI) activitiesDevelop and evaluate process capability studies, control plans, and process auditsCreate and maintain inspection/test plans, standards, and work instructionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Test EngineeringExperience in electronics, hardware, server, or manufacturing environments strongly preferredKnowledge of ISO9001 standards and quality systemsExperience with CAPA, root cause analysis, SPC, FMEA, and process improvement methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with suppliers and cross-functional teamsProficient in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting toolsLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plusPreferred ExperienceNPI (New Product Introduction)Supplier QualityProcess AuditsStatistical AnalysisManufacturing/Test OperationsContinuous Improvement initiatives
