Internal Medicine Physician – Dallas, TX

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join an academic faculty practice focused on Health Equity, Population Health, and Value-Based Care.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care using evidence-based and value-based care principles.
Serve as faculty and supervise Internal Medicine residents in a clinical setting.
Teach primary care, population health, health equity, and value-based care concepts.
Mentor residents in quality improvement, research, and scholarly activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare disparities.
Participate in curriculum development, resident evaluations, and educational conferences.

Qualifications

Completion of an ACGME-approved Internal Medicine Residency.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
Texas Medical License or willingness to obtain.
Interest in academic medicine and resident education.
Experience in health equity, population health, medical education, or value-based care is preferred.
Visa sponsorship is not available.
