Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold the CCC-SLP credential and an active PA Teaching Certificate.
• Possess all current PA clearances.
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Proficient in utilizing EdPlan IEP systems for documentation and reporting.
• Comfortable engaging a diverse caseload and establishing rapport with elementary students.
• Display flexibility, consistency, and effective communication skills in daily interactions.
• Experience in charter schools or working within organized districts is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-5 students with a daily caseload of approximately 13.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans efficiently.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring quarterly, with no expectation to pull students off schedule for data gathering.
• Collaborate closely with staff and families to ensure a cohesive support system for all students.
• Maintain accurate documentation while supporting students' academic and social development.
