Looking to make a meaningful impact in a highly organized charter school environment? This is an exciting opportunity for a School Psychologist to support elementary students on a contract basis. Starting ASAP and continuing through June 2026, this full-time position features a manageable caseload of 13 K-5th grade students per day within a collaborative and student-focused setting.
Ideal candidates have a passion for student development, are skilled communicators, and bring a flexible, consistent approach to their work. You’ll have support from a dynamic district leadership team and access to an innovative educational framework.
Qualifications:
- Hold valid CCC-SLP credentials
- Current PA Teaching Certificate required
- All PA Clearances must be completed and up to date
- Demonstrated experience or strong skill set in school-based speech therapy for elementary students
- Able to use the EdPlan IEP system for documentation and compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Responsive, engaging, and adaptable to student and school needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality therapy and psychological support to a consistent daily caseload within the elementary setting
- Monitor student progress on a quarterly basis and document accordingly in EdPlan
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain compliance with all PA state and school requirements
- No Medicaid billing required; SLP professionals will not be expected to pull students out for progress reporting purposes
