Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatients in a clinic setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Administer prescribed therapies and medications per orders; monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow, safety, and discharge planning.
- Maintain clinical competency and adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (or eligible)
- BLS certification
- Oncology outpatient nursing experience (preferred)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or higher)
- Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting and participate in a travel assignment
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
