Key Responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive staff development programs to improve job performance and job satisfaction Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions Collaborate with department leaders to create a training strategy aligned with organizational goals Develop and maintain partnerships with local educational institutions and professional organizations to provide opportunities for staff development Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to promote career growth and advancement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in staff development and training Ideal Candidate Minimum of 1 years of experience in a related field degree in a relevant field LVN or RN Proven track record of developing and implementing effective staff development programs Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Fowler Care Center
