Information Technology Specialist

DutiesThe following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.- Provide architectural and design guidance to ensure software solutions meet enterprise standards and performance expectations.- Contribute code when required to support critical releases, resolve blockers, or validate architectural patterns.- Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to security, maintainability, and accessibility standards.- Translate complex requirements into implementation plans and coordinate execution across team members.- Conduct performance testing and lead efforts to optimize system speed, resiliency, and observability.
