Automated Logic- Project Manager

About the Role Project Manager position focused on Building Automation and Controls (BAS) projects within the New York City area. Responsible for project plans, budgets, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage projects following project processes and provide direction to assisting Project Engineers. Complete projects per contractual requirements within budget, on time and with a high level of customer satisfaction. Oversee the overall financial performance of assigned projects, including planning, billing, revenue forecasting, accounts receivable collections and cost re‑estimation. Deliver contracted scope, secure change orders for scope expansion, and coordinate project materials and shared resources. Identify resource constraints, assist with corrective action plans, and manage relationships with subcontractors. Document project delays, perform critical path analyses, present progress reports, and recommend solutions to project problems. Analyze and interpret test information to resolve moderate design/system related problems and perform diagnostic procedures. Maintain direct communication with customers and field team members. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of Building Automation and Controls experience and/or 3+ years of Project Management or Supervisory experience. 1+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite. Clean and valid driver’s license. Ability to climb ladders or use other lift equipment above 8 feet and lift items up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls), Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical. PMP Certification. Ability to lead and motivate teams. Strong problem‑solving, planning and project management skills. Working knowledge of project financial reporting. Capacity to handle multiple challenges simultaneously.
