Automated Logic- Account Executive

Role Overview As an Account Executive at Automated Logic, you will lead construction, service, and engineering operations to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality outcomes for customers. You will serve as the primary strategic partner to the customer, building trusted relationships, aligning operational execution with business objectives, and driving long‑term account growth and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Construction Oversight Lead construction execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and on budget. Oversee project managers and field teams to maintain quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance. Partner with stakeholders to proactively address risks, remove barriers, and ensure successful project outcomes. Service Oversight Direct service operations to ensure strong customer support, contract performance, and responsiveness. Oversee service agreement execution, labor planning, and delivery to achieve expectations and targets. Act as escalation point for critical issues. Engineering Oversight Provide leadership to engineering teams to ensure technical excellence and alignment with project and service objectives. Oversee deliverables, design quality, standards compliance, and coordination with construction and service teams. Strategic Customer Partnership Engage customers at executive level, align solutions with business priorities, and identify opportunities to expand services and support account growth. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3+ years in HVAC controls and building automation industry 3+ years in Operations Management OR 5+ years in Project Management 1+ year with Microsoft Office Suite Clean, valid driver’s license Ability to climb ladders or use lift equipment >8 ft and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC or building automation Field experience with Automated Logic Controls (WebCTRL) and third‑party integrations Experience managing simultaneous, complex operational challenges across disciplines Strong project management skills and proficiency with ServiceMax, Salesforce, Cora Team‑player who prioritizes customer interests Pay Range $96,000 – $192,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
