Your Day-to-Day


On an average day, your agenda may include the following tasks:


Review and analysis of physician timesheets for accuracy

• Allocation of additional client costs
• Cross reference of aligning client agreements for accuracy of charges
• Communications with healthcare providers

• Communications with Account Managers
• Collaborating with fellow Operations team members to ensure departmental deadline adherence

You should be able to logically order and complete your daily priorities. In addition to being a proficient independent worker, the ideal candidate can thrive and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
Your attributes should include:

• Background in accounting (AR, Billing and/or Payroll)
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (v look-ups, pivot tables)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to lend assistance to co-workers as directed by immediate supervisor
• Strong attention to detail/organization
