Job Summary This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution to client inquiries or issues. The role requires handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance with professionalism and accuracy. Job Location This position will be on-site, based in Frederickson, WA.
