JCW is partnering with a fast-growing biotech company to find a Human Resources Director for its site in Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded, hands-on leader who thrives on turning high-level strategy into real business impact. Your Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of learning & development programs that build strong, capable people managers Act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams across the organization, embedding HR into the heart of the business Turn company strategy into clear, actionable plans that drive the business forward Take full ownership of the goals management process, from strategy through implementation of a new supporting system Drive board compensation review and benchmarking initiatives across the organization Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, including building commercial organizations and serving as a strategic advisor Experience in the life sciences industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
