• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, assist in training new team members or students, and uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your employment tenure.
