Additional Openings: Clarksville, Nashville & Murfreesboro, TN
Schedule: Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered | 4-Day Workweek
No Evenings or Weekends

The Opportunity

A well-established, doctor-owned pediatric dental practice in Tullahoma, TN is seeking an exceptional Pediatric Dentist to join its experienced and highly supportive team.

This is an independent practice - not a corporate or DSO environment - offering clinical autonomy, an established patient base, advanced technology, and a collaborative team culture.

The practice has a long-standing reputation for excellent pediatric dental care and strong patient demand. Pediatric dentists typically see approximately 120-200 patient visits per 4-day week , including a mix of exams, hygiene checks, and restorative treatment, supported by an experienced and highly trained team.

Position Highlights

• Full-time preferred; part-time considered

• 4-day workweek

• No evenings or weekends

• One office location - no routine travel between locations

• Busy, established practice with a strong existing patient base

• Approximately 120-200 patient visits per 4-day week

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximately $1,250-$1,500/day initially for per diem/initial compensation arrangements

• Transition to approximately 35-36% of net collections

• Highly competitive earning potential based on experience and productivity

• Sign-on and/or relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate

• Medical/healthcare stipend

• Malpractice/professional liability coverage

• Continuing education paid

• Licensing and applicable professional expenses covered

• Christmas through New Year's off

• Additional week off during the summer

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD

• Graduate or graduating resident of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency

• Tennessee dental license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure

• Board eligible/certified preferred

• Comfortable providing comprehensive pediatric dental care

• Sedation/general anesthesia experience is a plus

• Training is available for candidates without sedation experience
