Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate mental health status and needs, followed by the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

• Administering a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient’s specific challenges and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with HIPAA standards, ensuring that all patient interactions and treatment progress are meticulously recorded.

You will primarily work with clients recovering from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.
