You'll get real exposure to the full sales cycle and the SNF/Long-Term Care industry, with support at every step while you learn the ropes. Key Responsibilities Guided Sales Support: Learn and assist with outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors, working alongside experienced closers. Territory Learning: Help identify potential targets and learn how market expansion strategy comes together in the field. Clinical Value Selling: Learn to articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to administrators and other stakeholders, with training and coaching provided. Relationship Building: Start building your own network with SNF staff, owners, and regional directors under the mentorship of senior team members. Team Collaboration: Share field observations, ask questions, and contribute to a team strategy that lifts everyone.
