Quality Technician

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician for a metal racking manufacturer in Simpsonville, SC! This is a day shift, temp to hire role with a starting pay of $18 to $20/hr based on experience. The first shift hours are from 5:30AM to 4:00PM and candidates and candidates must be comfortable with approximately 15 hours of overtime per week, expecting to work from 5:30AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday and most Saturdays 5:30AM to 1:30PM.

• Inspect finished metal racking components prior to shipment using measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, and micrometers.
• Inspect incoming vendor deliveries and document quality findings.
• Record and organize inspection data using Microsoft Office programs.
• Communicate quality concerns with production teams and leadership.
• Maintain clean, organized inspection work areas.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Prior experience in quality, inspection, or manufacturing required.
• Ability to read and use rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organization, accuracy, and multitasking skills.
• Team-oriented communication style.
• Ability to stand for long periods; comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime.
