Job Overview

\n

\n
• Work directly with Sales Managers, Sales Operations and Sales Insights to provide timely and accurate analytics to support sales teams’ selling efforts.
\n
• Assist sales managers and sales teams with forecasting, pipeline and ad hoc reporting to improve pipeline efficiency and sales results.
\n
• Collaborate with internal front and back office departments and external resources to ensure market analysis data and resolve open items to close deals.
\n
• Support end-of-quarter sales activities by driving sales orders and approvals through internal processing and ensuring required paperwork is in place prior to deal closure.
\n
• Plan and implement projects for account and territory selection to optimize sales team planning.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Provide timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, best practices, pipeline efficiencies and sales results directly to sales reps and managers.
\n
• Identify problem areas and pain points within sales organization; collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
\n
• Work on problems of moderate to complex scope requiring review of multiple data factors and cross-functional coordination.
\n
• Assist sales team with deal structuring to balance company value and quota attainment.
\n
• Support processing through internal systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce.com) and assist sales team with related needs.
\n
• Share knowledge and best practices with other Sales Operations Managers to facilitate standardization across the sales organization.
\n
• Plan and implement account and territory selection projects for next-year sales planning.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
\n
• 1-3 years’ experience in a Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical role.
\n
• Experience with financial and project data analysis, including budgeting, capex/opex, depreciation, building financial models and ROI.
\n
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis) and data modeling experience.
\n
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships.
\n
• Ability to multi-task, work under deadlines, and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
\n
• Availability to work EST hours (7am - 3pm preferred) and participate in a hybrid schedule in the New York area.

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Executive-level PowerPoint experience for reporting and presentations.
\n
• Experience with reporting systems such as Tableau.
\n
• Salesforce CRM experience (a plus).
\n
• Metrics and data analytics professional experience.

\n

Compensation

\n

\n
• Pay Rate: $70.43/hour
