Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales/Sales Management to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Prior experience with supplemental health is NOT necessary as we have an excellent track record for those with no prior industry experience

We market products for one of the fastest growing privately held insurance companies in America: Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America, a major subsidiary of Globe Life (GL).\r\n100% Commission position, plus monthly bonuses.
