About The Team The Enterprise Ad Sales Team is responsible for marketing vision, development and growth of DoorDash’s largest advertising partnerships. This team was recently formed and is seeking founding members to build an industry‑leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s core categories, beginning with enterprise restaurants and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. The growing DoorDash ads business will become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers within an ecosystem that benefits all parties. About The Role The Account Manager, CPG will steer the company’s efforts in adopting and partnering with major CPGs across grocery, convenience, restaurant, and retail markets. You will build partnerships that create tangible value for both DoorDash and advertisers, manage the ads strategy across a focused portfolio of accounts, drive adoption of our growing ads and promotions offering, and work cross‑functionally with account executives, marketing, analytics, and product teams to innovate future approaches and solutions. You will report to a CPG Industry Manager in the Enterprise Sales & Business Development organization. Responsibilities Be part of the growing DoorDash Ads & Promos team. Lead end‑to‑end marketing conversations across a portfolio of CPG advertisers. Oversee strategy for engaging with and selling to our largest partners. Steer the development, adoption, and scaling of CPG revenue. Build a marketing calendar with CPG partners in your book of business. Develop long‑term business plans alongside our partners for multi‑channel customer strategies. Maintain pitch decks and sales content to help produce new business opportunities. Create marketing campaigns and own post‑campaign reporting. Work with partners across DoorDash to align companywide resources to build‑out partners’ digital businesses. Qualifications 3–6 years of cross‑functional operational experience. Impact‑motivated: natural desire to improve the overall business. Curious: love digging into details to extract insights. Strategic: find win‑win solutions with partners. Diverse: handle multiple priorities concurrently. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree a plus. Prior investment banking, consulting or equity research experience. Business development and partnership experience. Experience with analytics and presentation tools. Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Sigma). Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on skills, experience, and location. Base salary is localized. Additional sales commission opportunities exist. Base salary: $85,680 – $126,000 USD. On‑target earnings: $107,100 – $157,500 USD.
