Leading with strategy and storytelling, the full-time remote Copy Supervisor will craft compelling content across various audiences and channels while overseeing a team of copywriters and ensuring brand alignment and accuracy in all deliverables. Key responsibilities Craft clear and engaging content for professional, patient, and consumer audiences across print and digital platforms Oversee the tone, accuracy, and brand alignment of all copy deliverables while supervising and mentoring a team of copywriters and freelancers Develop core messaging platforms for assigned brands and contribute strategic solutions that drive brand growth and client success Required qualifications 6+ years of copywriting experience at a pharmaceutical advertising agency Experience in HCP Promotional Advertising and familiarity with pharmaceutical agency operations Diverse copy portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and creative thinking Proven track record of successfully launching multiple new brands Experience in managing and mentoring direct reports while handling multiple client projects simultaneously
