Human Resources CoordinatorThe Human Resources Coordinator provides support for the day-to-day administration of human resources programs and processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This position serves as a resource to employees, managers, and field operations and assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, HRIS administration, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding. The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding, conducting monthly new hire orientation, supporting the termination process, monitoring motor vehicle record (MVR) alerts, and maintaining accurate employee records.
