Human Resources Generalist

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Human Resources Generalist with a multinational science and technology company in Miami, FL. This is a 12--month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Description:
The Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted partner to leaders and associates, providing support across employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives. This role helps foster an inclusive, high-performing culture while ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and situational leadership.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute engagement and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and support leave of absence matters, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence as needed.
• Analyze and report HR metrics, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations, leadership coaching, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
