We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team! You will perform activities providing support for various HR functions and be responsible for the duties below.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for employee onboarding and enrollments, changes and terminations.
• Assist and inform employees regarding benefits programs including 401k, long/short term disability, dental vision etc.
• Perform exit interviews as required and complete all necessary documentation for managerial review.
• Plan and create events for department and company such as employee orientations and engagement functions.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Coordinate implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Assist HR department with administrative duties as needed.
• Translation of documents and company wide communications.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents.
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and engagement.
• Accurately maintain employee files on in house system.

Requirements:

• 1-2 experience in Human Resources, Administrative or other related fields.
• Proficient using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written in Spanish and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
