Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
• Current Michigan SLP license in good standing
• Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varied student needs
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting specific student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely records of evaluations, sessions, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student support
• Adapt therapy activities to engage students at all levels of ability and need
