Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Nights

Join our team in Burkeville, VA, as a Behavioral Health RN for night shifts on a 13-week contract, working 40 hours weekly with a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

Deliver care to individuals 65+ with psychiatric and neurocognitive disorders. Utilize clinical problem-solving and communication skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Active VA RN or compact license. AHA BLS certification. Five years of RN experience, focusing on Behavioral Health and Geriatric care. Preferred experience in psychiatric or Med-Surg settings.

Patient ratios: RN 1:34 long-term / 1:19 admission unit. Scrub color: Any clean, professional attire. COVID-19 vaccine not required.
