Clinical Lab Assistant - Core Lab

Job TitleKettering Health Miamisburg l Miamisburg l Full-time l Varied ShiftsJob ResponsibilitiesPerforms pre-analytic processing of specimens; collects specimens; accessions, labels and distributes specimens including blood samples by venipuncture and capillary puncture in all patient areasInstructs patients in the collection of urine samples and tolerance test in all patient areas.Other duties assignedJob QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old and/or high school graduation or the equivalent.Preferred Qualifications1 year experience preferred and/or graduation from phlebotomy programOverviewKettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
