Utah Licensed Collections Representative

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer service from a home-based workspace within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah. Key responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts Deliver top-tier support and service to customers Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program Required qualifications: Customer service and prior collections experience High school diploma or GED equivalent Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications Experience in a customer service or call center environment Must be 18 years or older and located within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT
