Advance Kids is seeking a Lead Direct Service Professional to support adults in residential crisis programs in Orangevale, CA. You will supervise staff, respond to crisis behaviors, and assist with daily living skills, meals, and activities. The role requires supervisory experience, 12 months with ID/DD, and weekend availability. California locations include Orangevale and Rio Linda.
