Dynamics 365 CE Product Manager - Wayne, NJ + Hybrid

Our client, a growing consumer products and retail organization, is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and enhancement of its Dynamics 365 Sales platform. This individual will partner with business and technology teams to deliver CRM solutions that improve sales effectiveness, reporting, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the product roadmap and vision for Dynamics 365 Sales.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
* Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage the CRM backlog, user stories, and priorities.
* Drive solution design, implementation projects, and continuous platform improvements.
* Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
* Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
* Champion change management and user adoption initiatives.
* Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership to align technology with business goals.
* Act as the primary liaison between end users, developers, and third-party partners.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, with strong expertise in D365 Sales.
* Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or CRM Lead.
* Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
* Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects, backlogs, and sprint priorities.
* Proven success leading CRM implementations and enhancements.
* Hands-on experience with UAT, reporting, dashboards, and change management.
* Knowledge of Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both executive leadership and end users.

Preferred

* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
* Experience within consumer products, retail, wholesale, or distribution environments.
* Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven business applications.
