Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule: Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Friday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Saturday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft‑related activity, and/or policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction. Support closing and opening routines, assist with alarm‑related responses as directed, and communicate clearly with management, employees, and/or first responders when needed. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Have customer service experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
