Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels. Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and deliveries, verifying entry requirements and directing individuals according to location protocols. Support security-related operations by communicating with site contacts and/or first responders when needed, while maintaining awareness of changing conditions throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, or city‑issued security-related license is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
