Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field
• EMR experience: Required

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients based on established standards.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff activities and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Collect and analyze relevant health data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop and implement care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding health information.
• Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care.
