Registered Nurse - Tele in Portland, Oregon, travel assignment commencing 10/11/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,894-$2,062 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established care standards.
- Collect and analyze patient data, identify care issues, and develop a plan of interventions to achieve outcomes.
- Implement the plan, coordinate care delivery across disciplines, and promote a safe, healing environment.
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings, and revise plans as needed.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; delegate appropriately and coordinate duties.
- Participate in discharge planning, educate patients and families, and provide ongoing learning opportunities for care team members.

Requirements
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Oregon) required.
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the field; telemetry/acute care experience preferred.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-ALS required; CPR/ACLS per AH policy if applicable.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- EMR: EPIC experience is required.
- Additional: Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and succeed in a fast-paced hospital environment.
