Are you a highly organized and proactive marketing professional ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's marketing team, playing a pivotal role in bringing their innovative solutions to market. In this position, you'll be instrumental in planning and executing engaging field marketing events and traditional campaigns, directly contributing to lead generation and brand visibility. Your meticulous coordination and strategic support will ensure seamless campaign delivery, helping to drive growth and connect with our target audience in meaningful ways. What You'll Do:

• Assist in the strategic planning and flawless execution of field marketing events and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects for client-hosted events, collaborating closely with marketing leadership and sales teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage comprehensive marketing calendars, meticulously tracking progress and ensuring all campaign deadlines are met.
• Support the creation of registration pages, coordinate giveaway shipping, and facilitate overall campaign setup.
• Track and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and organize marketing assets and collateral libraries, ensuring easy access and brand consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with external vendors and internal creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with brand guidelines across all channels.

What You'll Bring:


Must Have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or marketing operations within the technology industry.
• Language Skills: English (required).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms, webinar platforms, and reporting software.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrated ability to multitask and manage projects from inception to completion, and a collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have:

• Ability to build processes and leverage AI tools to enhance marketing execution.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and content management system (CMS) tools.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
