We are currently scaling our operations and seeking a *HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Specialist* to join us as an Independent Business Consultant. This is a high-volume, results-driven role perfect for someone with 10+ years of experience who wants to move away from the corporate grind and into a flexible, autonomous environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Screen & Select: Manage a high volume of candidate inquiries, conducting interviews via phone and video.
- Onboard: Guide high-caliber professionals through our evaluation and leadership onboarding process.
- Mentor: Act as a lead point of contact for new entrepreneurs joining our global network.
- Strategize: Participate in weekly virtual sessions to stay ahead of global recruitment and marketing trends.
