AspireHR invests in our people and capabilities to differentiate us from competitors.Scope and ResponsibilitiesWe are expanding our team to add a Payroll Processing Analyst. As a member within the AspireHR Managed Services Team, reporting to the Payroll Processing Manager, you'll get the opportunity to work with the latest payroll technologies and grow your skill set as you help build our AMS & BPO practice.This team member will provide a wide range of services, focusing on multiple clients' payroll processing, payroll tax reporting, audits, as well as supporting our clients with payroll calls, emails, and cases.Specific ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the preparation, processing, oversight, and auditing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multiple clients.Supports calls, emails and cases related to payroll for client(s)Review and ensure accuracy of timecards, deductions, and health insurance.Complete employer/employee requests and changes in a timely manner including issue resolutionCreate, run, and distribute detailed reports including leave balances, overtime, and retirement contributions.Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts relating to payroll, including payroll tax, workers compensation, 401(k) and garnishments.Assist with changes to payroll manuals, system manuals and training manuals making sure these are kept up to date and accuratePrepare monthly workers compensation reports in compliance with client scope of work.Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for all federal and state authorities.
