WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A MOBILE PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN Currently in possession of a CPT1 certification in the state of California Proficiency in drawing blood with minimal complications Bilingual skills in Spanish or Hmong are highly desirable Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance 1+ years of professional phlebotomy experience in a laboratory or hospital setting 1+ years of experience in customer service (preferred) To excel in this phlebotomist role, you need to be an excellent communicator with a high attention to detail and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
