Our products support branded business calling, trusted caller identity, call performance insights, customer engagement, and voice security capabilities that help businesses strengthen relationships and improve outcomes.This role sits in a core business area for Hiya and is focused on helping SMB and enterprise customers succeed.What You'll DoDigital Growth Strategy & ExecutionTranslate positioning and campaign strategy into compelling, high-converting web experiencesOptimize the buyer journey across awareness, consideration, and conversion stagesOwn website KPIs including traffic growth, engagement, conversion rate, and pipeline contributionDevelop hypotheses and testing roadmaps to improve performance of top pagesIncrease experimentation velocity across enterprise and PLG segmentsWebsite Architecture & Platform EvolutionLead migration from Webflow to a modern headless CMS (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok)Architect a scalable React / Next.js-based frontendBuild modular systems enabling rapid campaign and landing page deploymentMaintain strong engineering standards while supporting marketing speedEstablish performance, accessibility, and technical SEO best practicesAI-Enabled Marketing InnovationIntegrate AI agents and LLM APIs to power:Dynamic content generationPersonalized experiencesSEO & GEO optimization workflowsScalable localizationAutomate content production and experimentation workflowsExplore conversational and adaptive digital experienceGlobal Expansion & LocalizationOwn international website expansion across 20+ marketsDesign and scale multi-language, multi-region architectureBuild localization workflows within the CMSOptimize regional SEO and performanceEnsure global compliance and performance standardsAnalytics, Attribution & Martech IntegrationArchitect and implement event tracking, data layers, and attribution frameworksMaintain hands-on ownership of tools such as:Google Analytics 4AmplitudeGoogle Tag ManagerEnsure clean data flow between website, CRM, marketing automation, and PLG systemsAlign web experimentation with paid, organic, lifecycle, and product initiativesExperience & Performance StandardsEnsure best-in-class mobile and desktop experiencesMaintain Core Web Vitals and performance benchmarksChampion UX, messaging clarity, and accessibility best practicesWhat We Are Looking For5–8+ years in growth engineering, frontend engineering, or product-focused web developmentStrong React / Next.js (or similar modern frontend framework) experienceExperience leading headless CMS implementations or migrationsHands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, etc.)Experience implementing A/B testing and experimentation frameworksStrong understanding of technical SEO, GEO and AEO and performance optimizationExperience integrating APIs and third-party systems into web platformsYou’ll Likely Stand Out If You HaveExperience in B2B SaaS or PLG environmentsFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment)Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)Multi-channel support solutions - chatbots, AI Voice Agent, etc.Experience building multi-language and international web propertiesHow We WorkHiya is not a passive environment.
