Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts. 
• Generate invoices and statements. 
• Researches and troubleshoots payments, outstanding invoices disputes and short payments. 
• Files Accounts Receivable related documentation. 
• Manages overflow from other peers and finance, accounting and administration departments. 
• Assist with other accounting duties as needed. 
• Reviews aging reports, producing and sending collection letters and/or statements as necessary. 
• Researches and troubleshoots payments, outstanding invoices disputes and short payments.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in business
• 0–1 year of previous experience in accounts receivable 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Accounting Software. 
• Good time-management skills.

• Ability to read and review invoices, payment records, account information, and computer screens for extended periods.
• Ability to move throughout the office to access files, printers, and other office equipment.

• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while performing repetitive data entry and account reconciliation tasks.
