Drug Product Manufacturing Associate I - 1st Shift

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Manufacturing Associate I to execute GMP production of injectable pharmaceuticals in an FDA-regulated facility. The role involves equipment operation, material preparation, aseptic manufacturing training, and batch documentation on a first-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Train in aseptic manufacturing of injectable pharmaceuticals using GMP protocols
• Prepare materials and operate equipment including glasswashers, autoclaves, and filling machines
• Accurately document data and complete batch records per established procedures
• Work in cleanroom environments while maintaining professional standards and safety practices
• Collect and dispose of lab waste according to established protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma required; science or engineering bachelor's degree preferred
• 0–2 years manufacturing, laboratory, mechanical, or engineering experience
• Ability to follow detailed instructions under direct supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication with detail orientation
• Knowledge of cGMP, manufacturing processes, and machine operation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Compensation: $21.98–$25.65 hourly plus annual performance bonus eligibility
